Our refund or exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not fitted, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with or in the original packaging.
If your item was a special order, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to return your item.
If your item is being returned because of a change of mind, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to return your item. Change of mind includes purchases made in error, for example, wrong size or colour, or does not fit.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards or any item removed from the original packaging or fitted in any way.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer of the item. Any item returned to the manufacturer will not be eligible for a refund from Fineline Fabrications.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. There is often some processing time before the bank posts a refund. Please allow time for your refund to be processed to your payment method.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit.
To lodge a return or exchange request for any reason, please email [email protected] before returning your item. Do not send your item back until you have lodged your return request.
If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, please include a photo/video and a detailed description of the product’s fault or damage.
If you have received an item that you have not ordered, please email our team within 3 days of receiving the items with a photo of the product/s you have received as well as your picking ticket and postage box. Please do not open or dispose of the item/s or packaging until we have contacted you.
